Each person at AEM Group is responsible for specific company support activities, in addition to the technical work they do for clients. Because of these dual roles, our staff is exposed to the business side of running our company. This gives them a better understanding of the many challenges involved in business decision-making.
Project managers
Our senior staff has decades of federal and state regulatory agency experience, corporate, and consulting experience in managing complex environmental projects for federal and private organizations. They forge new ideas and processes for meeting everchanging regulatory obligations.
Federal projects manager
Shamille Goins, BS Environmental Science
Ms. Goins oversees federal projects. In addition, she works with the company President on federal business development.
Commercial projects manager
Biplab Roy, MS Civil Engineering, CHMM
Mr. Roy manages commercial projects. in addition, he works with the company President on commercial business development
Health and safety manager
Stephen Gorham, BS Civil/Environmental Engineering, PE, CHMM
Mr. Gorham manages engineering and fieldwork, for both federal and commercial projects. in addition, he manages AEM Group's health and safety program.
Task managers
Our task managers are responsible for implementing specific sections of projects under contract.
Task manager, preacquisition database searches
Regina Hines, BS Resource Management, EP
Ms. Hines manages the preacquisition projects and staff who prepare the reports. She is also responsible for maintaining AEM Group's field readiness.
Task manager, environmental plans and reports
Ryan Plantrich, BA Biology, CHMM
Mr. Plantrich manages environmental plan and report preparation, including QA/QC. He also manages AEM Group's technology resources.
Task manager, AAI projects
Pam Wheeler, Hydrogeologist, EP
Ms. Wheeler manages federal site assessment projects in conformance with the federal All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) rule. She also manages QA/QC for environmental site assessment (ESA) projects.
